Like Holy HIIT's before - this series will blend strength and cardio together for an efficient total body workout. This one will build on what we've been doing so far to help you finish out the year stronger than ever.
Here's what to expect this go around.
Things that will remain the same:
* 8-Week Program
* 30-35 min workouts
* Cost - still just $74 for the entire 8-week program (less than $2/session)
* Three HIIT sessions per week
* One weekday pilANIs or Mobility session to keep you flexible and injury free
* Weekend workouts will alternate between pilANIs, Conditioning and Core and walking. Sessions will be a mix of written with demonstrations and follow along workouts
* Live and pre-recorded sessions
* All sessions available on demand for entire length of program, plus two weeks after to allow you to catch up
* Direct access to me, your coach, for encouragement, personalized modifications, and/or questions.
* Weeks 1-4 will feature a new workout each session, weeks 5-8 you'll repeat those workouts trying to progress or advance, allowing you to see your progress in real time
* 5-8 Min optional BURNOUT sessions provided to help enhance workouts and can even serve as a mini workout on days you are short on time
